Wellness Wheel

Being healthy and feeling well is a worthy goal and one that requires some effort. Health and wellness is more than the absence of illness. It is thriving in all areas of your life, being happy, having energy and feeling fulfilled. But how do you know if you are thriving in all areas of your life? And better yet, how do you identify those areas that need a little more time and attention?

The Move.Eat.Be. Wellness Wheel! We've designed this tool to help you take a look at your life and do a little self-evaluation on the state of your wellness. Take a few moments now for you and your future...
  1. Print the wellness wheel.
  2. Make a dot in each section of the pie. If you think you need improvement in an area, put the dot closer to the middle. If you think you're doing really well, put the dot closer to the outside edge. 
  3. When you've put a dot in each section, connect the dots.
  4. Now review your circle. Is it large and round? Or, are there some flat areas that could use some improvement?  
If you're like most people, there are a few areas with room for improvement. Now that you know what areas to focus on you'll be better able to plan your approach to wellness to make sure all areas of your life are thriving.
