Invest in You

Dare I be so bold? Of course, I will! Your 2011 will be your most healthy year if you invest 15 minutes each and every Sunday of the year in you.

In those 15 minutes, your assignment is to:

  1. Review your calendar, commitments and schedule for the upcoming week.
  2. Make an appointment with yourself to exercise each and every day. If you can't get 30 to 60 minutes at once, break it up into 10 minute sessions throughout the day. Balance the amount of cardio, flexibility, core and strength (based on your wellness goals).
  3. Plan your weekly menu. Make sure you get plenty of  vegetables and fruits. If you're eating 3+ times per week, make an effort to cook more. Simple is always best.
