New Spring Resolution creation exercise for today is "Plus Ten." Get a piece of paper and follow these steps:
- Write your age today
- Write down the date 10 years from today
- Write your age 10 years from today
- Write the ages of the people closest to you in 10 years (spouse, kids, parents, siblings)
Now, let's get creative! In 10 years...
- Where will you live?
- Who will you be living with?
- Will you have a job? If so, where?
- Where did you travel in the past10 years?
- Did you go to school? If so, what did you learn?
- What was the very best experience you've had in the past 10 years?
After you've finished, take a look back at the next 10 years. What would you change now so something else is different in 10 years?
