A study released in July
shows the more often you log on to a weight loss website, the more weight you can keep off.
This is great news for the 72 million Americans who need to lose weight. The participants in this study logged into a website at least once per week and recorded their weight, food and activity logs. They also participated in a support group for the first part of the two year study. After two years, the weight was still off.
Excellent work for those people and a great example for others to follow. Let's get logging and losing!
